Yoga is an ancient system developed by Sages from India which integrates body, mind, emotions, and spirit, leading to physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and assists us on our evolutionary journey.

HATHA YOGA is one path of many in the Yoga systems. HATHA YOGA focuses on finely tuning the body with slow deep stretching movements, gentle rotations of the spine and joints which are combined with focus on breath and conscious relaxation in motion. YOGA refines, tones, defines, soothes, and ultimately creates balance in all aspects of life. YOGA may be practiced by anyone at any age with respect paid to personal limitations.
