HATHA YOGA focuses on finely tuning the body with slow deep stretching movements, gentle rotations of the spine and joints which are combined with focus on breath and conscious relaxation in motion. YOGA refines, tones, defines, soothes, and ultimately creates balance in all aspects of life. YOGA may be practiced by anyone at any age with respect paid to personal limitations.
