A Course in Yoga and Metaphysics by Roberta A. Holliday, 2001 This text is used as a College text and is incorporated in an annual course taught at Ganesha Yoga Studio, 1540 Lowell St. in Elyria, Ohio.  The next class starts Sunday, Sept. 18th, 2011 Each of seven sessions meets for four hours from1:00-5:00, every other Sunday.  The fee for this workshop is $250.00 prepaid, or $40.00 per class.  If you are repeating the class the fee is $175.00, or $25.00 per class.  The next workshop is entitled: Chakra Wisdom:  An  exploration of the divine energy flow through our seven chakras. From the Base/Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra, we will explore, balance and revitalize each through their appropriate meditation, active and restorative yoga poses, pranayama (breath work), chanting, learn the language of each chakra, the location, the color, their propensities and finally, share in a small meal relating to the chakra of the day.  This workshop is for all those seeking to learn more about themselves.  By meeting your chakras and listening to their wisdom, you will soon find yourselves more grounded, yet feeling lighter, more clarity in thought, speech and actions, happier and more trusting in the divine wisdom flowing through all beings everywhere.  This workshop is taught by Bobbi Holliday and is held at Ganesha Yoga Health & Healing Center, 1540 Lowell St., Elyria,  Ohio  44035.
